In a previous trip to Bangkok I tried the viral Mama Tom Yum noodles at Jeh O Chula… and immediately knew I had to recreate it when I got back to Canada.
If you're going to Thailand soon, I recommend the place, but if not, you can still have that rich, spicy, ultra-satisfying bowl at home. It’s bold, comforting, a little over-the-top in the best way — exactly why it went viral in the first place!
