Dive into the world of 'slow art' as I share a project that blends the fluidity of watercolor with the meticulousness of embroidery through a series of videos that highlight my process. During the first video, watercolor will be added to the stitched fabric birds to prepare them for the second step.

Slow stitching is part of a "slow art" process. It is designed to help with mindfulness and relaxation. I find it helps me with anxiety. It also gives my hands something to do when I need to fidget.
