Sometimes I just love to feel every bit of the yarn I'm working with, don't you? And then there are times when you don't have a ball winder and you really REALLY want to wind your yarn and start working with it! Here's how to wind a center pull ball using just your thumb as a nostepinne so you can keep close while working from it and not have it rolling all over.
