Team Coaching is a 6 week training and nutrition program that brings together the individual attention of an expert trainer and the motivation of a team to get you there together.

Over six weeks, work hard in small group training sessions to build your fitness and learn how to make confident food choices that support your training goals. We’ll help you build your own personalised nutrition plan and get you started with an exercise and nutrition diary. Plus, thanks to our friends at TomTom, you can track your results every step of the way with your very own TomTom Touch fitness tracker.
