Even with the Frog Suit, you want to stay out of the water as much as possible. Exception being if you can land into the water very early in the level, like 3-1, as you'll instantly increase you speed to 32 when you land and then jump out to get the 41 speed instead.
The Wendy fight can be improved with a better position of her death, but I'm too lazy to optimise this project, as that was never my intention.

This is just to show that it is actually possible to get enough coins for the White Mushroom House without the use of the Frog Suit. Its very difficult to do and I only had a few frames to spare in this TAS, I doubt it will ever be possible in real time however. Please prove me wrong!")
