This is a guided tarot session for emotional balancing inspired by the Water Reading from Melissa Cynova’s Tarot Elements: Five Readings to Reset Your Life (Llewellyn, 2019). We’ll be working through a six-card reading spread and doing some tarot journaling.
This reading will help you to achieve full mindfulness over your current state of emotions and then restore balance, neutralizing the knots of negativity in you that have been exacerbating your stress, anxiety, frustration, and inner conflict. This reading will reveal to you what’s been blocking you from feeling more self-assured, what challenges your sense of self-worth, and how you can overcome those hurdles to feel more validated and worthy.
We’ll then journal on revelations from the cards on how to walk the path to be more confident, satisfied with your life, and feel more self-assured. Finally, we’ll cover an exercise that Cynova recommends for releasing fears, worries, and the concerns that have been causing us undue emotional stress.
