How might you use your tarot deck for dream interpretation? Julie Gillentine shows us in her book Tarot and Dream Interpretation (Llewellyn Books, 2003). In this video, I share how I use two of the dream interpretation tarot spreads designed by Gillentine.

VIDEO EXTRA. Gillentine notes that one method for increasing the likelihood of retaining your dream when you wake up is to recite a mantra for intention setting before you go to sleep. I've created a video to help you with that, based on Gillentine's instructed methods from her book integrated with esoteric Buddhist mantra recitation techniques and basic psychology.
