I took the Sony A7R IV and the Tamron 17-28mm with me on a trip to Japan and Hong Kong. The main reason for going was to go to climb Mt Fuji but the weather conditions changed for me so I couldn't go up. I'll have to attempt this next year. So I ended up going to Tokyo on a little food adventure instead.
Before heading out to Japan, I took the Tamron lens around me on a few other trips to get a better understanding of it and this looks like its going to be a good alternative to Sony's 16-35mm F2.8 GM and while it is a shorter type of zoom, it compliments the Tamron 28-75mm making both of those lenses a light compact zoom setup for anyone invested in the Sony system that wants a "fast" kit.
Quick shoutout to Elaine for filming part of the video too!
