Screw in filters have always taken up time when setting up a shot, especially with different kinds of filters that you may need for different situations. Freewell filters solve this by using a magnetic filter system. All you need to do is get the correct filter thread for your lens. In my case, I have a Tamron 17-28mm F2.8 and the Zeiss 25mm F2 Batis lens which requires a 67mm filter thread. When I attach the magnetic ring to my lens, I can attach other magnetic filters in the freewell range by just placing it onto the ring without having to screw it in. Its so simple!
