I run up the stairs towards the capsule to set my checkpoint, then restart, placing me back. This is likely going to be the fastest way to end East 1 in a speedrun.

This run utilizes a clip to get out of bounds in the tower and access the Messenger Ending Early, as well as many smaller tricks to get sigils early. Its possible to improve this by about 30 seconds, but pretty much everything would need to go right.")
