"He's a beta tester and a cheater! He's a beater!"
-A quote I never expected to write in a description.
Mystearia and I have been doing a Alphen/Shionne duo run recently and this fight has definitely been the toughest one so far. Took us a few nights to get this fight down lol. Kirito and Asuna are truly a pair of beaters.
Some interesting things about the fight:
-We had to kill Asuna first, but we actually can't kill her without getting Kirito into phase 2 first which made things a bit more complicated than just targeting her first.
-We have to kill Asuna first because if we kill Kirito first then Asuna will use an unavoidable MA (as far as we know anyways)
-When Alphen uses his boost while Kirito is in phase 2, it causes a cutscene to happen. When this cutscene cancels certain actions, it can cause one of them to stop doing anything or even T-pose. This might be a bug with the multiplayer Arise mod, but it is pretty useful for this fight lol.
Players:
Alphen: Me
Shionne: @mystearia5441
Game Modifications:
-Modified the party
-Used the Multiplayer Tales of Arise mod
-Disabled hitstop
BGM:

![Tales of Xillia Milla Solo: Nachtigal [No Items/Unknown/No Damage]
But enough talk... have at you!

-Activated Millas magic stance normals
Strategy:
Nachtigal is a pretty fun and easy fight for Milla. He can be guard manipped into using Massacre Arc which I can pretty much just dodge with a jump and then punish with Lightning or Grave for a free punish. He can use Grave Worm (below 50% HP), Searing Arc, Destruction, and Terra Pike as his counters. However, if I proc an aerial counter, he will only use Destruction. So I can pretty much expect to see Destruction everytime unless Im trying to do something specific. If I proc an aerial counter with Grave, its really easy to use Radiant Rondo to dodge it by side-switching. If Im already in the air, I can do an aerial jump or a backwards jump to make sure I dont get hit by Destruction. I can then use Grave to punish after hes done doing his counter.
Nachtigal is very likely to go into OVL when he goes below about 50% HP. If hes not guard manipped, he either likes to spam Tyrants Spear or cast Air Pressure/Dark Visitor. If he uses a spell, I like to jump up and counter with my own spell. I think its a good way of waiting out OVL lol.
Also, I forgot to mention this in the Agria description but I will be using the Devils Arm from here on out so the fights dont take centuries. Im nowhere near max ATK stats here but I did use it for a decent ATK boost over my strongest weapon.
