My first official vlog while on my vacation. This is still in Tainan, Taiwan and it was out of coincidence that I did it. I recently discovered this cool rock path on a road by a park that I walk by all the time to get around the city and decided to do a video about it. Initially I thought it was there to massage your feet or help improve blood circulation and such but I couldn't be further from the truth.
The idea behind this path is that certain pains in different parts of your feet indicate problems in other areas of your body. So as an example, if your heel was in pain it'd mean you have lower back pain or if your big toe was in pain your liver had problems etc. I'm not entirely convinced by it but I'll let the placebo effect do its work and assume it's to help improve blood circulation for your feet/legs and to toughen them up. Training barefoot definitely helps but there's nothing like stepping on these rocks. It hurt like a mother but like an addict I went back to reap the benefits despite regretting the decisions almost immediately.
