It has been a strange spring in Vermont. Highs in the 80s followed by snow and days below freezing. Flowers blooming and then covered in snow. The frogs mated and laid eggs when it was warm, and I am surprised that they survived, and yet here they are. This is just a small patch along the edge of my pond.
