It sounds unbelievable, but it's true. The cutting blade on this table saw is just like a chainsaw's saw blade. But smaller. In the previous video, we saw the jigsaw-like machine that mounts this type of cutting device, the advancedcut tool by Bosh and its interesting nanoblade (not sponsored). And as expected, in this woodworking video the idea is to mount it under a tabletop so it can cut wood at both 90 and 45 degrees. Yes, a table saw that uses a chainsaw guide bar as a cutting blade. It is similar to a diy table jigsaw machine, but because the the guide bar is rigid it does not need a guide with bearings to keep the blade vertical while cutting the wood. And thanks to that rigid guide bar I can mount the tool on this cutting station to cut at both 90 and 45 degrees, so it is also a kind of miter saw for woodworking. I am sure it will come in handy in my small homemade shop.
