Trimming the inner circle of a wooden frame and making it perfect is possible with this precision circle jig for a palm router. Its two pivot points allow the router bit to enter the wood at the final diameter without leaving marks. I build this interesting woodworking jig step by step and we see how well it works. And since this jig has an adjustable diameter, it allows us to set the circle to the exact size we need. Additionally, we see a mistake I made while routing on the router table using the copying tool with bearing.
