Here's the Swiss Military Benzinvergaserbrenner in its first fire way back in 2012. Thanks to DaveD and JohnR for the tip on a great deal. I reckon a feller could add a galvanized horse trough and have a hot tub.
By the way... the manual for this stove comes in three languages - none of them English. I've translated the manual into English from the French part of the manual and I provide it as a free download to stovies everywhere at this link (no fees! no registration to join a "social club"! free stove knowledge as it *should* be!):

German YouTuber pflogg has said in a comment below that the pan supports, frypans, and pressurized cooking vessels are still available from:
https://www.green-store.ch/de/search?page=search&page_action=query&desc=on&sdesc=on&keywords=bvb
OR... if that doesn't work, just go to:
https://www.green-store.ch and type "BVB" into the search box at this poorly designed and organized German-language surplus gear website. The available pans, supports and vessels should come up for you. While the prices are good and the products seem to be available, the high cost of Swiss shipping to the USA means you'll pay anywhere from $69-126USD just to ship *one* of these $10-40USD items to the States. So, for most folks, not really an option unless you live in Switzerland or Germany.
