You need the Primus 4204 outer cap and the Primus 4675 inner cap.
The baseplate assembly is as follows:
Plate: 0.049" thick steel or brass x 40-41mm in diameter
Spigot tube: 0.049" wall thickness x 5/8" diameter x 14mm long tube
Drill a hole in the baseplate 5/8" in diameter. Silver braze (NOT silver SOLDER!) the tube to the base plate. Voila! You're done!

Tubing and sheet can be purchased from Online Metals in small quantities.

Go for the 4130 alloy steel or the brass.
