Apologies for the delay, Spectrum was doing "maintenance" so my internet was down. Inspired by a request from a subscriber (thanks Adam), I delve into sweet vermouth, specifically, which sweet vermouth (that I already have on hand) makes the best Manhattan. Will it be Martini (aka Martini & Rossi, the Stanley Tucci black sheep vermouth), Punt e Mes, or Carpano Antica, the Tucc favorite? And the bigger question, will bourbon make a surprise appearance?
