Today I crack a mini of curaçao, a delightful orange liqueur from a tiny island just north of Venezuela. Senior & Co have been making this lovely product since 1896. They are a family owned company with a fascinating history and I recommend checking them out.
This also gives me an opportunity to talk about the Mai Tai, likely the most famous tiki drink of all time. Tracking down quality ingredients can take some effort but the results are worth it. The recipe I use in this video is below.
I've been wanting to do a video about this for a while but there was a lot I felt I needed to include and the project...ballooned.
