If you don’t know Probitas you should. A lightly aged blend of rums from Foursquare in Barbados, and Hampden in Jamaica, Probitas (or Veritas if you’re outside the States) is the ultimate daiquiri rum, and a respectable sipper as well.

Now, there are other products that appear to occupy the same market space, and today I’m tasting two of them—High Seas from Transcontinental Rum Line, and Myrtle Bank Tiki Blend, which is a collaboration with rum connoisseur Shannon Mustipher.
