1 cup mashed sweet potatoes (about 1 large cooked sweet potato)
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk (whole milk preferred)
1/4 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup honey
