A channel for anyone who loves to cook likes fast meals, needs a food fix sometimes, or likes the occasional cookbook fancy!

Ingredients
1/4 pound sliced bacon, diced
3 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup chopped onion (I used pearl onions)
1-1/2 cups halved fresh baby carrots (I used mixed veggies)
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
1 large egg, lightly beaten, optional
