As for the plot of this video... well, it's a little complicated. It can be taken two ways:
1) Casey gets in a car crash and dies. (black and white) Derek is haunted by her memory/ghost, and realizes that he loves her so much that he would make a deal with God and give his own life just for her to live again. (blue) At the end, the deal works, and before Casey goes back to earth and Derek takes her place in the afterlife, they meet in the middle. (red)
OR, if you like happier/less confusing stories
2) Casey goes into a coma after getting in a car crash, and pictures how Derek's life would be without her. Her coma-induced dream comes to a climax as her and Derek have sex, and she wakes up... only to realize Derek was in the car crash with her... And the rest is up to you.
