What do you need? Text and NewBlue Active Camera//Stumbling Drunk (i like that effect name xD)
1.put your text and what follows
2.add the newlue effect on each text (adjust settings if necissary)
3.Do a push efect with the keyframes (or just use the push transisions whatever you prefer)
note:if the effect goes for a long time you will see it kinda starting to...spaz everywhere?xD to simply solve that ussie just cut the text by pressing "s" (S=Split)
