This counts for both a Raw & FX, in my book since it works either way for me.

(cropping is a little iffy but my encoder is weird like this but it shouldn't cause many issues)

Written Rundown:

-For the main effect, the bounce, you need to keyframe a zoom in and make the last one go back a little. It'll do a bounce. Adjust it to how you need it for your audio.

- Add the TV simulator FX to the media. Move the "Line Sync" a little to the left and the "Vertical Sync" further and make another keyframe at the end where both are at 0. Adjust if you need.

- Add a flash if you'd like, that's optional and up to you.

-The end impact is basically a Black&White FX added after the clip is split. Then I zoom in with the 3 frames method, you'll see it in the video. Return to the 2nd frame and 1-2 frames after it I tap the arrow keys 1-2 times to either left or right and 1-2 time up or down and it'll do a sorta impact shake!
