"Assistant attorney general" Susan Howe filed a motion to appeals court chief Judge James Egan asking for a 131 day extension of time to file her response to my initial written appeals brief. In her motion, she claims that my attorneys agreed to her extension, which is untrue. The attorneys whom I have a contract with were never contacted by her about this, nor was I personally asked about this.
