The Oregon state bar is now investigating the misconduct complaint against Multnomah County deputy district attorneys Kate Molina and Todd Jackson! Todd and Kate have until January 13th to supply the bar with their version of the events. Will they admit to hiding discoverable evidence in my case or will they admit to not informing the courts that a witness they put on lied on the witness stand under oath? One of those two things had to have happened.
They wanted the fight, they're getting it. This can end whenever they want it to. I wouldn't know or care who any of these people are had they not gone out of their way to make trouble with me. I'm not the one committing ethics violations.
