One of the many events as part of Portland Community College's "whiteness history month", presented by Max Macias. Description from the PCC webpage: "A short presentation on the history of the concept of Whiteness in relation to Colonialism, with a 30 minute discussion after the presentation."
The only cut I made in this was about 7 minutes of group discussion. Everything Mr. Macias says is uncut. It's fluid, like whiteness.
