Surveillance video shows the moment a small Cessna 150 plane collided with a state police helicopter at the Carlisle Airport.

The pilot of the plane, Paul Sokoloski, was killed in the crash. Two state troopers were injured but have since been released from the hospital.

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) says preliminary investigations show the pilots of the plane and helicopter were in communication prior to the crash. The exact cause of the incident is still unknown.
