Most likely a reference to Juzcook's SMW romhack Invictus. This is the second last level of original footage I still have. I did however have to re-record the level entry so disclosure you will see a clear flag as well as different clear information. This level also happened to be the very last Euro level to clear as I skipped it originally.
The reason for skipping it was because of section one. I wasn't too fond of catching the falling platforms twice but the shell jump off the flying beetle was one of the most annoying things ever. It would so often eat my jump and mess up the shell jump timing since I was expecting a full jump. And then I got kicky feet with the falling shell on a later platform. It's not much, but that alone killed my motivation to finish the level for a long time. No CP1 nais luckily.
Section two was so much easier than the previous. One Cp2 nai as I was too slow entering the pipe and died to the podoboo.
Final section was a boss fight. It looks really annoying with that flying podoboo but you can make it a lot easier by finding a good pattern and never being in any danger. Now normally I don't include the clear list anymore but it was worth noting that despite clearing this level over a year later after the original upload, I still had a top 10 finish. This is only the second time it has ever happened, so I will take that honour. I may have never won a race, and I might never finish first, but I can still say there is no race I started that I can't finish... for now.
