-Replaced item roulette texture with a bubble

-Added Luigi's voice from the galaxy games (+3D Land)

-Made the little cracks that appear after some sfx much less apparent

-Replaced the kart engine sound that plays on the "ok" screen (before you start a race) with a small sample of the instrument that plays in mario galaxy before you select a galaxy in the observatory dome

-Added purple coins over regular coins with their corresponding sfx

-Edited mario_font_number.brfnt in font.szs (for battle mode)
