I took a walk at dusk with the DJI Action 4 to see how well it would do in low light.
Settings:
-4K30
-HorizonBalancing
-Shutter Speed: 1/30-1/8000
-ISO: 100-1600
-Exposure: -0.3EV
-Color: Normal
-Sharpness: -1 Noise Reduction: -1

I was surprised how well it did. The stabilization had some issues when dusk turned to evening with the 1/30 max shutter speed. The image didn't look too bad.
