After the overnight fastpacking trip at Big Sur, I headed over to Andrew Molera State Park in the morning.
It was warm but there was a nice breeze.
I'm starting to like running. I've been watching low heart rate / MAF videos and it's motivating me to learn more about running and fitness.
I might as well start slow at my age. The main thing I want to avoid is injuries. I want light jogging to feel like I'm walking. To enjoy trail running more.
In every fastpacking trip there's at least a few moments. Like a minute where everything feels perfect. Like when there's nice shade, slight breeze, slight downhill, and my legs are feeling good. Endorphins are flowing. Sweet views. Steady heart rate. Good pace. I want more of those moments 😂
