This was a perfect run... sun was shining, temperature was nice, forest was quiet. "Waldeinsamkeit" is a German word which doesn't exactly translate to English, but generally means the feeling of solitude or tranquility from being in the forest. This run was exactly that for me today.
So who am I?
Just a mid-30s guy living in Atlantic Canada, trying my best to be an example of how easy and normal it is to be vegan. Hopefully I can inspire others to think of the animals and the planet in their daily decisions, and well if you're into fitness I also run a bit and share it here. So yeah, I guess that's it. I like food, cats, music, and being outside. My gf Jamie is pretty awesome too :)
