Starts playing when the player enters the resin room through the karma portal in 806.
Huh. Usually, the resin is colored red, but now I learned that there is yellow resin (kinda looks like dirt). If you enter the pipe to the left, it is clogged with resin and you'll find a lever handle in there. To the right is a theory; feel free to read it.
At the rightmost room, there is a slot for the lever handle. Inserting it opens a hatch to the tunnel in which we find... a karma portal!
Oh, and by the way, the resin is a substance produced by (mainly) coniferous trees when they get damaged. It can also mean the artificial variety.
