Starts playing when the player enters the watcher's outpost through the karma portal in 461.
This place looks interesting, to say the least. If we climb up to the upper level, you'll see that there is a computer to the right of the black rock. The text reads some... interestingly creepy stuff. To the leftmost room, there are two telescopes that show two images (I have no idea what those images present to me).
