I pulled the 10 tom drum out today and put some Remo black dot heads on it. The lineup now is: 10, 12, 14FT, 16FT, 18BD. (Usually it’s 12, 13 on top.)
But anyway, here’s a little sampling. This is a RRLRL pattern that I’m subdividing by three with the bass drum. You can actually hear it for a change! Lol. I’m intentionally trying to play off center on the snare because the overtones and harmonics sound better that way.
