I don't know what to make of this "style" of singing. The singer seems sincere but sincere what? No it's not stuttering but I can't think of a better word. I got it from (NYC's) Manhattan Cable's Public Access circa early 80s. I guess a place to start would be determining the language, suggestions welcome.
The umbrella name for my YouTube page is Zippy Clips. "Stutter Singing" is a perfect example of a ZippyClip, short off-beat video, rich with flavor.
