Welcome to studio vlog 05! There are lots of courses for artists and illustrators that I have been participating in, or just wrapped up, and I share a bit about having taken them or my excitement to start in today's vlog: Make Art That Sells Editorial ("Illustrating for Magazines and More"), Me & Orla's "Insta Retreat 2" & Bonnie Christine's Immersion, which will help me learn Adobe Illustrator and how to create repeat patterns for surface pattern design.
I also create my very first animated GIF as part of the course work, share a few links to other studio vloggers on YouTube, and open a tiny bit of happy mail.

06:15 question about filming your art process

I am an illustrator who shares her journey here on YouTube, IG and on my website. I have been on this path since March of 2019, and I learn more every day. I want to share that with you! I LOVE being creative, and learning. I believe in the growth mindset and that though natural talent can make a difference, so can persistence, practice, and enthusiasm.
