Brett Jones explains a COMMON mistake when setting up for a kettlebell ballistic (swing, clean or snatch). The girevik either stands too far away from the kettlebell, or reaches for the kettlebell before establishing their optimal hinge position. The best option is to stand just a foot away, then establish your hinge position, and only then reach for the bell handle and tilt it toward you.
