Video of Supercell, Meso, with Tornado on the ground, Intercepted by amateur Michigan storm chasers. Apparently churning through Streator, Ill. We couldn't pinpoint the exact location, but this based on the frequency of power flashes, timing, and current Tornado reports. Shot at ~9:02 pm CDT. Early in the footage, a power flash occurs and power is cut to the farm in front of us. Our position should have been about 6 miles to the WSW on E 2900 N Road. We have about an hour of video of the Meso all the way to Kankakee, sometimes there's a funnel, sometimes a tornado, and other times what appears to be either an enormous wedge or wall cloud that appears to extend to the ground. We'll be uploading more footage in the coming days!
