Live video from your webcam.
Play back video from within StreamYard, and
Share video from your desktop through StreamYard.

When clients ask me if there's a distinct difference between the quality of recorded video and live video in Streamyard and, with the recent addition of desktop video playback, I wanted to make a test to be sure of my answer - for me, the quality looks nearly identical no matter the type of video being presented - but watch my video and see if you agree with me and let me know in the comments.
