STRAWBERRY MILK PANNA COTTA Recipe
1 Cup of Mayfield Dairy whole milk
1 cup Mayfield Dairy Heavy cream
1 packet (about 2 and 1/2 teaspoons) of unflavored gelatin
1 pound of fresh strawberries
1/4 cup of water
Sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and set aside
Chop the strawberries and bring them to a simmer with the water and sugar. Cook on medium/ low heat for 5 minutes
Mash the strawberries then add the milk and cream.
Blend with an Immersion Blender
Strain the mixture and pour into cups
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours
Top with whipped cream and strawberries to serve. Enjoy!
