Are any of these yours? These bins were stolen so they could be used to transport metal to a local scrap metal dealer that asks no questions about where you got the metal from. The fact that most of these suppliers are drug addicts seems not to matter as it seems not to matter that these suppliers are stealing people's bins that can cost over a £100 to replace. What I find interesting is that the police watch people walking around with these stolen items (shopping trollies included) and never once stop them. If I was a copper I would stop them and make them take 'their' goods out of the trolly/bin and leave them behind.
