Football hooligans doing what they said they never do. A copy of this film was given to the head teacher at the school. The school raised the signs to the top of the railing and fixed them so they could not be moved down. For over 4 years these families allowed their youth to play football and tresspass onto other people's land to get them back. Always their argument is it was an accident. At what point between one and a hundred time does this behaviour cease being an 'accident'?
It was only when this behaviour was filmed they could not argue they never did it.
