This was used to transport scrap and then dumped here 4 weeks ago after the business transaction. This behaviour has been going on for 13 years (under two different owners) and several hundreds of private bins, shop trollies, shop cages, wheely suitcases, recycle-bins and buggies have been appropriated (mainly stolen) and then dumped about the scrap trader's area. The cost to the community is in the 10s of thousands of £s for just this element of the scrap dealers activities.
