A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of homicide after a 72-year-old woman was fatally stabbed at a Stockton home. Police were called to the home on Hackberry Street shortly before 1 a.m. for a welfare check and report of a stabbing. Officers found the woman with stab wounds, and she died at the scene.
