This is Stockholm City Hall, opened 100 years ago. It's one of the Swedish capital’s most famous silhouettes and a symbol of the Nobel Prize.
Stockholm City Hall is where the annual Nobel Banquet takes place on 10 December every year, with around 1,300 guests celebrating the Nobel Prize laureates.

The Golden Hall is made of 18 million golden mosaic tiles. On one the walls is Mälardrottningen, the Queen of Lake Mälaren, with Stockholm in her lap.
You might notice that the Blue Hall isn't blue at all. Architect Ragnar Östberg (1866–1945) initially planned to paint the walls of the hall, but when he saw how well the unpainted bricks looked, he decided to leave everything as it was. But the name remained!
