So - I decided to take out my own stitches at home. I had gone to the emergency room on thanksgiving day with a huge gash in my arm from flipping the go-kart and they put in 9 stitches. Those stitches had to come out, but I don't have a doctor here, so my dad had always taken my stitches out at home before with a finger nail clipper and a tweezers. I googled can it hurt to leave stitches in too long and everyone in the forums said yeah (a couple even said they were nurses and doctors) and they also said "just take your stitches out yourself at home" so I did - and my pop took the video.
