Stir fry British sprouts with garlic
Garlic is a classic stir fry ingredient; I will be cooking British sprouts with garlic for this recipe. For a stronger garlic flavour, feel free to add more for this dish. I used 3 cloves of fresh garlic for my recipe.
7 British sprouts
3 cloves fresh garlic
30g carrots
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1g salt
1g MSG
Half teaspoon oyster sauce
Dash of wine
Dash of white pepper powder
Thicken with potato starch.
Boil the British sprouts and carrot with a small teaspoon of salt for 7-10 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
Heat wok with some vegetable cooking oil and add the garlic. Allow it to sizzle for a minute to allow the garlic aroma to come out.
Next add the British sprouts and carrot, dark soy sauce and a dash of wine.
Stir fry for a bit and add 60ml of water follow by salt, MSG, oyster sauce and a dash of white pepper powder.
Stir fry for a bit before thicken with potato starch to complete the dish.
